Marco Bet Yousip

Marco Bahram Yousip was born on July 15, 1989 in northern Iraq in a village called Diana. Marco Bet Yousip inherited his voice and the love of music from his family specially his Dad and uncle . Marco has always loved listening to his dad’s and uncle’s voice while they sing in family gathering. Marco bet Yousip’s talent was so clear that impressed his school teachers at very early age. At age of 11 Marco started performing at his schools yearly occasions and ceremonies. The year 2010 was a year that Marco would never forget as he sang professionally on a stage in front of 200 people in his home town village Diana. Moreover, Marco gathered few of his friends that had the same passion for music as him to start a band called Diana Band. Another date that Marco Bet Yousip would never forget is the year 2014. In that year he had to flee his hometown Diana and Iraq due to the crisis that the country was going through. Turkey was the stop that Marco Bet Yousip felt can help him to get to his reaching point Canada where his family is. After reaching Canada, Marco had worked very hard to adapt and be familiar with the life style of Canada. Marco Bet Yousip lived in Canada for two and half years, during this period of time, he had performed many Assyrian weddings and parties. He had also dropped 3 singles there (Yomaneh Khelyeh), (Shetqet D’leleh) and last but not least ( Malkta D’ kholmee ). From the snowy weather of Canada to the hot summer of Arizona, After those two years and half Marco Bet Yousip decided to move to the United States of America. Marco Bet Yousip feels very happy and stable in Arizona where he still does what he likes singing and performing for our Assyrian community wherever they are. Besides all that he dropped another music video called (Shopra) and not only that, but Marco has made his dream come true by releasing his first album (Khoolma) in 2024.
